Eligibility for Returns

🇮🇳 India Orders: Return request within 7 days of delivery. Unused, unwashed, original packaging with tags. Valid reasons: Wrong item, defect, or damaged on arrival.

🌍 International Orders: Return request within 14 days of delivery. Unused, original condition. Valid reasons: Wrong item or manufacturing defect only. Return shipping cost borne by customer.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items: Sale or discounted items. Items without original tags or packaging. Used, washed, or customer-damaged items. Custom or print-on-demand orders.

💰 Refund Process: 🇮🇳 India: 5-7 business days to original payment method. COD orders refunded via bank transfer or UPI. 🌍 International: 10-14 business days to original payment method. Currency conversion charges not covered.

🔄 Exchange Policy: Size exchanges available for India only, subject to stock. Raise within 7 days of delivery.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders: Contact within 7 days with photos and unboxing video. INDIEVS is not responsible for incorrect address deliveries.

❌ Cancellations: Cancel within 24 hours of order placement. No cancellation once shipped.
