1. Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on Sundays or Public Holidays.
2. Shipping Time: Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days across India, depending on your location.
3. Shipping Charges: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders across India. No hidden charges.
4. Order Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or Email.
5. Delays: Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, courier issues, or high demand during festive seasons.
6. Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping details are correct. INDIEVS is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
7. Undelivered Orders: If an order is returned due to failed delivery attempts (wrong address or receiver unavailable), we can re-ship it. Additional shipping charges may apply.
8. Damaged Packages: If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours with proof (photos and mandatory unboxing video).
